Our policy provides a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are excluded from returns. 

Additional items for which returns are excluded:
* Gift cards
* Personalized products

 

*We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* home&decor with obvious signs of use
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card or method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or backlogged refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for your refund to be formally registered.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be registered.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or obviously damaged.  If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at: info@manusfacto-milano.com or manusfacto.milano@gmail.com and send the item to the following address:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to deliver in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping
To make a return, ship the product to the following address:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for the replacement product to arrive may vary.

If you need to ship an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
